Hello,
I'm Paul Tomicek

I started Old West Lending in May of 2016. As a Mortgage Broker and loan originator, I am licensed in Colorado, Florida, New Mexico and Texas for primary residence loans. Investment and commercial loans are available in most states.

Since the beginning, my focus has always been self-employed borrowers and those with unusual situations.

Over the past 43 years, I have managed five businesses for other people, including supervising over 180 employees at one time. I have started six businesses and one nonprofit from scratch and purchased another seven businesses. I have worked in 12 industries including lodging, restaurant, graphic design/advertising, signs, RV, auto sales, auto service, transportation, marketing, publishing, nonprofit, and consulting.

From a $200 start up to a $4.5 million deal, I have a diverse background and can relate to your situation.
